Key takeaway: A one-bedroom in Logan Square rents for about $2,100 to $2,250 a month in fall 2026, studios about $1,600 to $1,700, and three Blue Line stations plus four frequent bus routes make a $75 CTA pass go a long way.

Parking
Many residential blocks are permit zones. Guest passes are $15 for a sheet of 15. Look up your block with the Clerk’s zone lookup before you sign a lease if you’ll have a car. More in our Chicago parking guide. The 606 has no parking lot, and some blocks near its entrances are permit-only (The 606).
